This is a family run business with extremely knowledge technicians. They have been doing business with me for over 50 years and know what they are talking about. I’m shocked that someone would give them one star - probably they are the problem.

Worst communication and customer service skills I have ever come across. I turned in 4 scales to be repaired, i use them in the construction field, the admin informed me they were very busy and would need some time, i said no problem. 14 days later i hear not a word or email from them on quotes for the repairs, i call and they had emailed a wrong email and didnt bother to follow up with me. Watson Bros have been servicing our scales and balances for decades (seriously). My first encounter with their "front office" wasn't until recently. It was incredible. A friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating "family". In order to be successful in todays business climate you only have one thing that your competitors do not have; this is you and your customer service. Thank you for your support.
