Excellent service from Kyle Weber the service manager. Went to bat after Serra in TC couldn’t and wouldn’t! Got me a loaner and repaired my jeep!! Any major work I’ll drive the hour!!!
The staff at Watson is amazing - Kyle in the service department is incredibly patient and thorough. They really have the customers best interest at the core of their business and every interaction. I take my Jeep there over any other dealer. Would absolutely recommend.

I was unable to use the express lane service due to an employee shortage. However, the service advisor Kyle set me up with an appointment after lunch which was just fine with me. In addition, Kyle assisted me with applying some coupons I had that saved me some money. Other than that I have always been very satisfied with Watson Benzie with both sales and service.
