On a recent Thursday, while driving from Traverse City to Crystal Lake, my mother’s Chrysler minivan suffered a coolant leak. The inside of the car was cold, the gauge said the car was overheating, especially going up hills. We stopped in to have it looked at, and were greeted warmly.
