Egan (salesman) was great! He even brought the truck to me 45 minutes away on a job site to test drive. Very happy with my experience.
Was vacationing at Crystal Mountain and I got a warning light that indicated a tire was low on pressure. I googled for the nearest auto dealer, and Watson Benzie was closest. I called the service department and explained my situation and asked if they could help me. They said “sure, bring it in, and we’ll get right on it”. I have always had the best service possible from Benzie Watson. It is a relief not having to go elsewhere to service my jeep. Also it was a great experience dealing with Cal Ingleston who just filled Mike's position as sales manager. He worked in the service department prior to this new position and brings that added expertise to sales, with an emphasis on service which he gives in spades.
Took it for a ride, loved it, bought it!!
