Watsons have been absolutely fantastic for me over the last few months, I have had a few issues with the egr valve in my new car and some smaller issues. Every time they have been absolutely fantastic getting me booked in quickly and fixing the issues. I couldn't be happier with the service and communication and will definitely be using again

Do not whatever you do take any veichle to these cowboys, left my car in for a service and 6 weeks and £1,500 later I had to take it to another mechanic to repair the damage caused

Told lies to me they said did not have relay cover with AA, checked with AA and they confirmed cover was in place.Then boss from Watson phone Jamie the recovery driver,who was standing beside me ,to say that he had spoken with me and said AA were getting me taxi home and bring car up in morning and he made no call to me. I ran AA to see if this was correct and they said they had not advised this. Again thanks to Jamie a credit to your company but the Boss lied...you need to get your house in order.
