One of the best wee mechanics in the town! Honest and reliable guys and charge great prices! Speedy too and brilliant customer service! Would highly recommend
Took my airbox out and didn’t even bother putting it back. Left stranded. Phoned at a later date to try and get it recovered, and they were extremely rude. Usually breakdown is meant to help you, they made the whole thing worse. Absolutely scumbag
Fixed 2 springs on my car and lost the lock nut key. Phoned twice a week for 4 weeks and all I got was "I'll phone you back" which of course they never did. Customer service pathetic and way overpriced. Went to my local Ford garage and they gave me a locknut key free of charge. Definitely do not recommend Watsons Portadown!!!
Had a puncture on the motorway this morning on the way to work and the lads were there within an hour and dropped me to Lisburn to get the tyre sorted. Great service and would definitely recommend.
