Let me start off with I'm a hagler and I don't expect to pay retail prices for a side by side and it's accessories, and I have spent between $18000.00 and $20000.00 at this dealership. So one of my purchases was a winch and plow (which the winch I purchased twice due to a robbery) all at this dealership. The winch and the rocker switch on the dash are from two different aftermarket distributors from Lindsay's recommendations who is the owners step daughter. Went there Friday June 13th to get a back tire on my motorcycle. They did not adjust the chain when they installed the new tire leaving 3 inches of slop in my chain. They put in my old inner tube said it was "good". When I called back they tell me it will be an additional 2 10ths of an hour labor and they will have to re fit me in the schedule to charge me for adjusting and tightening my chain, which is included in any back tire swap.
