Want to give a shout out to the watseka ford team. Our sales lady was Carmen Kiger, Finance lady was Krystal Jessen, and Jason Connor for doing an excellent job getting us taken care of. They went above and beyond with the smooth transaction with buy Our new truck. We have looked for quite awhile and they were the nicest and seemed to deal with us. I bought a Ford Truck with 59k miles on it. 2 weeks later my check engine light comes on, no problem right because every vehicle they sell comes with a 3mo/3000mile warranty right and I had purchased an aftermarket 60,000 mile powertrain warranty. So I take it to the service department, RD (who is a wonderful service advisor) calls me and says I need 2 sensors to correct my check engine light and it would cost approx $800. We had been looking for a truck in Missouri where we live. We needed a specific type in order to pull our camper. We had been to a number of dealerships. We just happened to go to Watseka Ford just to look. Derek Carlson did a fantastic job for us. He was very polite and was not pushy at all. We felt like we were working with family.
