Get directionsJuly 9, 2025. I arrived at the hospital at 8:05 a.m.. when I arrived there were only two people in front of me. One lady was going for X-rays the other was a gentleman who was also getting blood work. It took them 40 minutes just to get us registered to be able to go get done what we needed to do. I don't know if it was a new lady working at admitting or if they have a system they're working with or what. But that was ridiculous to wait 40 minutes just to get registered. I’ve lost all trust in both the Watrous clinic and hospital to support my health in any meaningful way. This is a facility completely lost in bureaucracy and indifference. This is a place where basic requests become uphill battles, and genuine care is buried under red tape. Dr. Adebayo was kind and helpful, and I appreciate the receptionist being able to book me the same day I called. Thanks!
All the staff are great, nurses and doctors are nice, knowledgeable, and take time to explain conditions/concerns propery. Unfortunately appointment's can only be made by calling in the morning of the same day (after 8:30am), so no guarantee you'll be able to get in if you call a bit later. Some conditions can not be tested for at the clinic ie: ultrasounds are not available here, so the wait for those tests can take a while. Overall it's good for minor emergencies and basic check-ups.
