They only good part of this place is some.of there nurses. Most of the doctors in there are careless..... They have diagnosed me and my husband wrong... And you can't understanf most of the doctors. There's a husband wife doctor.couple that work there and they are the worst
They seem to enjoy telling you the wrong times for your appointments. I called, booked an appointment, got told it was at 9 AM. I confirmed it was 9 AM on the phone that day. Got a call the day before my appointment from them, which they always do, and they said it was at 9:10 AM. I was like no you told me 9am, but 9:10 works. That wasn’t the only time. They booked me an appointment/ referral in the city. Told me it was at 2:30. I confirmed with them that it was at 2:30. They said yes. No, my appointment was actually at 2 PM... read more
I could not express how dissappointed i am at the service i got during an emergency.
July 9, 2025. I arrived at the hospital at 8:05 a.m.. when I arrived there were only two people in front of me. One lady was going for X-rays the other was a gentleman who was also getting blood work. It took them 40 minutes just to get us registered to be able to go get done what we needed to do. I don't know if it was a new lady working at admitting or if they have a system they're working with or what. But that was ridiculous to wait 40 minutes just to get registered. I’ve lost all trust in both the Watrous clinic and hospital to support my health in any meaningful way. This is a facility completely lost in bureaucracy and indifference. This is a place where basic requests become uphill battles, and genuine care is buried under red tape.
