They never answer my call back I turned in everything I need and somehow it always gets lost
I recently sold my house on LaSalle mn, Watonwan County because of the poor & dishonest treatment I have received from watonwan county human services, Jody Halverson to be specific. Through this process she told me that I had months to reduce my assets from the sale of my house before it impacts my benefits, this was innocorect information. She fraudulently gave me information that is not true, I needed to be under asset at the beginning of each month. Does anyone even work at this county? I have called one of their human service staff who had initially contacted me about providing a placement for a client. Despite leaving voicemail messages for a return call over several days the staff has not called me once.
They’re rude they never answer their phones and will call you back days later. THEY GOT MAJOR ATTITUDE ISSUES.And are super nosey. Mankato human services is so much better i would definitely recommend transferring things over to them and they answer on the first call!
