"Oh wow, yea that sounds like it could be urgent." Let's make you wait for 5 days and risk sepsis or organ failure. I'm appalled. I could be in and out in less than five minutes to be prescribed medication but my life is of no concern to them. BS facility.
Absolutely the best! We can always get an appointment and sometimes even the same day. They always treat me, my husband and my kids great. Very friendly and understanding. They refill medications fast and also get medications sent in quickly. We definitely will be staying here.
If you would’ve asked me a few months ago, I would’ve rated them five stars but the treatment I have received from this clinic goes against all standards of medical practice. I may not have my doctorate in medicine, but I know that established patients should not be turned away based on a prior balance. Extremely disappointed.
My son and I have been seeing the Schenk’s for many years now. Curtis has the absolute best bedside manner of any doctor I’ve ever met. The support staff are just as friendly and understanding. I would recommend this facility to literally anyone who is looking for a stable, consistently effective, small town friendly kind of establishment!
