He took my money ($3,000) and left the job sight. He didn't call me back after numerous attempts. I went to take him to court and he gave a fake address so I couldn't serve him papers.
Well he did my floors and he did a very great job on all three of my floors
Mr Jim Watley gets you to trust him therefore when he ask you for more money you will give it to him before you know it he has just about all his money. He keeps telling you he going to fix everything you don't like and never does. In the end he gets a attitude and disrespect you and your house until you ask him to leave.
