Inaccurate filing, inaccurate billing, and very poor customer service. My husband’s taxes were prepared and filed incorrectly and had to be refiled. There were two rounds of errors by WWS on his returns. After it was all corrected, we kept receiving statements for two billings. He tried numerous times to reach the preparer and left message after message. In May I spoke with a lady there about the two charges. They were BILLING him for fixing their own mistakes!
