Can I give a negative star? We filed a claim through our home warranty company and this company came out 6 days later. The technician, who I assume owns this business, refused to diagnose the issue with our fridge because we moved it to our front porch as it was leaking water. The fridge was freezing and unfreezing things. The technician shows up and says he can’t do anything because it’s not in the kitchen THEN tells American Home Shield that it was on the porch and not plugged in. However, our ring shows it was.
