Can I give a negative star? We filed a claim through our home warranty company and this company came out 6 days later. The technician, who I assume owns this business, refused to diagnose the issue with our fridge because we moved it to our front porch as it was leaking water. The fridge was freezing and unfreezing things. Under no circumstances should you ever hire Watkins. Their service technician has not shown up for three appointments in a row, spanning 3 months. The technician showed up on May 29 to fix our refrigerator and did not come with the parts to fix it, even though he said he would in a prior call. If I could give this guy 0 starts I would, 1 is too much for him! We got him assigned through our home warranty to fix our refrigerator. Long story short, its been 3 weeks I've been without a fridge, he ordered the wrong parts, took him over 3 days to submit his diagnosis report to the home warranty company, he's never on time, I mean, the list can go on and on! The guy is completely unprofessional and rude.

VERY fast and he listened to my concerns as i spoke. Communication is key and when i called another place i found online he kept overtaking me and trying to tell me the problem i eventually had to explain to him i didnt need their services ... but this company was very willing to listen and took care of my dishwasher issues

I wish I could give NO stars. As the ONLY service provider listed to fix my refrigerator under my warranty in my area, I called on May 18th. He said he was booked about two weeks out and asked me to send him a text with my info and he would book an appointment for me when he returned to the office. I did. He never called back. On May 26th I called back and asked ONLY if we could put an appointment on the schedule. He kept saying he was booked. I was referred to this company by a friend of mine. I called around 6 pm on a sunday knowing that I wouldn't get an appointment until Monday or some day after that . I was wrong. they came the same night. sgt townsend
