Well I've used one time! I was very pleased with the service and price. I have since called to schedule more work to be done. After 3 or 4 calls I've had no return call. I understand that he could be busy, I would think that he could return the call to say, I'm not interested, I'm busy, It's gonna be this long before I have a chance to schedule. And yes I paid them promptly (before they left the yard). I really was please with the work and trusted there services. So good luck, If you can get them to call you back!
