Part of my job is to help small businesses - Watkins Plumbing hit everything on the dot for what they should do. I called and they immediately answered the phone. I described my issue and they said they should be available within a 2-5 hour timeframe and they would let me know. The owner of this company is very nice and has great. Customer service had a little misunderstanding with one of his employees over a bill, but the owner reached out to me and made things right we've used this company multiple times and I highly recommend this business.
Jared was prompt and knowledgeable. He quickly repaired my leak, and when a subsequent problem occurred he took care of that quickly too.
Jarrod provided excellent timely service today. He diagnosed my garbage disposal problem & replaced it in under 45 minutes. I’m very happy with Watkins Plumbing & highly recommend.
