Dr Mike is a stand up guy with down to earth morals and bedside manners. Always timely with appointments with very little wait times.
Dr. Pellegrin took time to explain the procedure prior to performing the endoscopy with great care. After the procedure he visited me in recovery and took care and time to explain the results providing details and pictures. In my opinion Dr. Pellegrin offers care and consideration to the patient and empathizes with the patient. Another note, the staff at TGHS offered great care and consideration to me during my procedure. Dr. Pellegrin has poor bedside manners. He didn't take time to fully explain the diagnosis and care for my mom's diagnosis. My family was frustrated because Dr. Pellegin appeared to have been in a rush.
