Had a routine maintenance visit by a Watkins tech and as usual he was there at the promised hour . The time was changed due to a previous call that was taking more time then planned and I was notified of the delay by phone and I felt that was a good thing and much appreciated. Wish I could remember his name, I apologize for that. He was obviously a pro, knew what he was doing and was friendly and tolerant of a noisy, but friendly dog. Thanks Josh for the calls.

Watkins Came to repair our HVAC. From start to finish their service was top notch! My call was answered immediately and service was scheduled for the following day—faster than expected. Attention to detail was superior: I was sent a test email. Service was performed as scheduled, problem was resolved, with courteous follow-up by phone. Watkins treats customers with respect. What a pleasant surprise for those of us who have dealt with other problematic providers.
Do yourself a favor and call Watkins mechanical HVAC. They're professional, they're on top of things and they provide excellent service. And a property management company. I've dealt with a lot of HVAC companies in the Beaufort area over the years.... There's a reason now that I soley use Watkins mechanical HVAC.
The tech was very thorough and professional. Completed the maintenance in a timely manner.
