Young man got done and just left my floor like this. Not correct at all. Could have at least told me hey I made a little mess. Tells me nothing and just leaves. If this is the level of professionalism that we have in the industry well it’s just not good.

Watkins Mechanical was fantastic. They came to us on a Saturday evening as our AC stopped working. The response and technician arrival was excellent, within an hour of asking. They returned on Monday, as promised, ahead of schedule. It was great to be cared for by a company that holds customer service as important. Great job guys!
