Mr. Watkins was very professional and was able to explain, in easy to understand details, as far as what my families needs were. He presented all of the options that we had and explained each in detail. We felt confident that we chose the right law firm for our needs. We will use Mr. Watkins Law Firm in the future and we highly recommend.

He seemed pretty solid at first and attentive. Until you send him payment. Then you get zero updates on anything. No answer to your e-mails or phone calls. I needed him to send out one single letter/e-mail. That was three months ago. I still have no clue to this day what’s been done about the matter we’re looking into. I’ve been to snow cone stands more professionally ran than this.

I recently contacted this law firm seeking assistance with a legal matter, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The guy I spoke with was not only unhelpful but also rude and belittling. Instead of offering support or understanding, I felt dismissed and disrespected throughout the conversation. A simple inquiry was met with condescending remarks, and I left the call feeling frustrated and undervalued. I would not recommend this firm based on the professionalism (or lack thereof) I experienced.

Have your documents ready for him before you go and have everything organized. Yes, he is blunt. Yes, he will ask you what you want to do. Yes, you will have to ask him what options you have based on your priorities if you have no idea what your options are or how it works. I'm sure he comes around a ton of ridiculous requests and you have to be realistic in what you actually want out of this.
