We had been customers of Hughes, Gregory, & Wells for 20+ years, which was sold to Watkins by former owner Billy Wells. After Billy retired, we continued to deal with Lisa Bishop, a 30+ year employee always providing the absolute best one on one service for insurance needs. Well Lisa decided to work for another insurance firm which left us with her referral of Cotrell, which in turn passed us off to Kelsey Bagwell.
