I needed a crown which I put off for a year. I also was married to a dentist. It’s been quite awhile since my last crown I was sooooo pleasantly surprised that the novacaine injections were painless and that there is no reason to be anxious anymore. Furthermore, I learned that the crown was implanted at this office visit and I didn’t need a temporary. It was a one and done visit to my pleasant surprise. Had I known how painless and efficient the procedures are now, I wouldn’t have put having it done on hold for a year.

My hygienist, Jessica, always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth, answering any questions, giving helpful suggestions for dental care, and provides an overall outstanding patient experience. Highly recommend!

Place is a joke went there a few years ago had the same problem. Website says they accept all types of insurances. I talked to them about mine the receptionist hangs up the phone. They have rude people that work there. I don’t recommend this office.

I recently switched to Watkins Glen Family Dentistry after feeling unheard at my previous office, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Dr. H and his team were amazing. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but they made me feel completely at ease. The hygienists and doctor walked me through every step, explained what they were doing, and answered all of my (many!) questions without any judgment.
