I called from out of town to order flowers for my Aunt's birthday for delivery. Not only did they understand what I was looking for in a special, colorful and cheerful arrangement, but they called me to let me know when the flowers were delivered because they had to leave them at the door while my aunt was out for her birthday lunch!
