Very disappointing experience. I ordered the Lavender Reflection arrangement one month in advance for my father's memorial anniversary and paid $211 expecting the arrangement shown on the website. Instead, a completely different and much smaller arrangement was delivered that looked nothing like the photo online. When I complained, I was told they didn't have gladiolus and substituted different flowers without informing me first. The lady even said: "The flowers are already way overpriced."
