I've used Watkins for several years now to service my boiler annually and sort out problems with the eccentric plumbing mainly caused by very hard water that clogs everything up with limescale. They recently replaced loo cistern innards and took electric drill to both wcs' flush holes to clear rock hard deposits where even strongest descaler failed. We just moved to Herefordshire and found that our boiler wasn't working. We looked online and D V Watkins looked both professional and had good reviews so we gave them a ring. We spoke to Zac who was very professional and obviously knew what he was talking about. He offered to repair the boiler but due to its age and condition we decided to replace it. We've used Watkins for three years now for boiler maintenance and odd bits of our eccentric plumbing, recently to replace elderly hot water/heating switching device. Very pleasant, efficient, and arrive on time. First choice for that type of work.😊
