Do not rent from them! The properties are in complete disrepair and they do not take care of issues that arise…any issues. Plumbing, heating/cooling, broken doors, uncovered gas lines…. All a complete and utter nightmare. It’s sad that someone who has the ability to do so much good chooses to do so much bad instead.
