Called today for question and was hung up on. I then phoned back a couple of minutes after the hang up, again they put me on hold after listening to my question. After another 2 minutes, I was again hung up on. I am not impressed by the lack of care handling the call. I had believed them to be a compassionate animal clinic. However, their weekness is they're not very considerate and conscientious to the client with communication. Excellent service, very detailed and respectful towards the dogs.
Very helpful and knows there stuff will to get the help you need to get your animal fixed right
I had to have my 15 yr old poodle put to sleep. I arranged an appointment yesterday and they saw us today. It was very peaceful, everything was explained. I fully recommend Watford Veterinary Clinic.
