They installed a system for my loft conversion. Very professional, did the install in a morning. It seems to work fine!! Very polite team and a reasonable price. I would recommend. UPDATE: We installed the unit on a flat roof, and i noticed some vibration from the unit, so Ian was happy to come back and install some rubber pads (free of charge) which seem to have solved the problem. I can confirm their post sales customer service is excellent!! Again, highly recommend...!!
Very poor service. The engineer did have knowledge of the type of unit installed in the cold room. He said it was installed wrong way. I confirmed with the manufacturer the installation was correct. Charged me two hours for nothing. Called another company next day. All Job done in 2 1/2 hours. Avoid this company.
