Watford pools has the knowledge and the best customer service. I went in and talk to Jennifer about some discoloration in my pool that I was told was mustard algae. I showed her pictures of the stains and she got me a test kit, and told me if it’s stains that citric acid would most likely get rid of it. I like the fact that she wanted me to test it first, because she didn’t want to sell me something I did not need. I absolutely love the employees. They do a phenomenal job helping me with my pool! I bring water samples in there and they tell me just what I need. And they don’t try to sell me chemicals I don’t need. They are very honest workers up there. I definitely recommend Watford’s!
