Been going here for years and ive always been happy with the practice
Reception manger Sapphire is the rudest person I have ever spoken to she really let’s the whole Watford dental team down. Compared me to other patients with disability’s saying if they can do then I should be able to also asked ‘what my disability had to do with it’ Shouted at me on the phone, over spoke me, treated me like I was not worth her time to the point I ended up crying on the phone and all she did was laugh … this all happened on a recorded phone call.
