Reception manger Sapphire is the rudest person I have ever spoken to she really let’s the whole Watford dental team down. Compared me to other patients with disability’s saying if they can do then I should be able to also asked ‘what my disability had to do with it’ Shouted at me on the phone, over spoke me, treated me like I was not worth her time to the point I ended up crying on the phone and all she did was laugh … this all happened on a recorded phone call. Clean, Friendly & efficient, no after effects of treatment
Highly recommend. Needed an emergency appointment and they fitted me on the same day. Mr Patel (dentist) is very professional and Natalie on reception is extremely friendly and welcoming
