No stars this housing trust is a joke I've reported numerous problems in my house which I pay for I'm not om benefits but I get no help. I've had to take my matter further to my local councillor to get myself heard and they still don't care it's an absolute shambles it's making me and my family unwell. Shame on u
Tony O'Reilly, a carpenter, came out this morning regarding an issue with my kitchen door. He arrived promptly, sorted the door efficiently & left the area clean when he finished. He also adjusted screws on my front door as he was leaving as it appeared to be sticking a bit. Thank you.
Multiple times they have mad me wait in for repairs and they either don’t turn up or bring someone round who doesn’t know what they are doing
They been brilliant to me and my family.and the app is very good ;you can check your rent.book repairs ...and Dorian the WCH officer was amazing. Available when ever you need .and fast at solving issues.amazing woman.
