Good luck ever getting these people to answer the phone!!!! Been trying for TWO WEEKS,even leaving messages, no one will answer or call me back. Ridiculous.

Come in for a walk in visit, no cars in parking lot, vet standing at the counter talking to receptionist but cant see him, you must make appointment a week out but if you go 20 feet to the emergency counter pay $350.00 up front the vet will see you. Total typical watford money grab at the expense of your pets health. Embarrassment.

Bad service !! Took my cat in for emergency at 8 am called at 11 my cat was still not seen by a vet because the vet was doing a surgery on another animal. received a call 3 hrs later my cat had high fever and we’re just guessing on what could be wrong with him , stood there a night no updates on him fever still high ! My bill keeps going up with no response on what’s wrong with him just guessing on what could it be . They won’t update you unless you call and call

I recently had to bring my dog in for an emergency visit at the Watford City Vet Clinic. Sadly, the outcome was not what I had hoped for, but I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Peterson. He was very kind, took X-rays and labs, and explained everything clearly. My boy was a very big, older dog—the light of my life—and though the process was not easy, Dr. Peterson did his best to provide me with options and to make his passing as comfortable as possible. Horrible, good luck getting a hold of them on the phone, had a puppy die when the emergency vet did not get back with us, he could have been saved, took the new dog in for a blockage was told he did not have anything wrong, was definitely a blockage and he ended up passing several tube socks he had eaten. Tried to board same dog, was told machine for payment was down and they would hold a spot, canceled trip to Cancun when they gave our slot away, have called them 3 days in a row for a simple question and have never talked t... read more
