Horrible, good luck getting a hold of them on the phone, had a puppy die when the emergency vet did not get back with us, he could have been saved, took the new dog in for a blockage was told he did not have anything wrong, was definitely a blockage and he ended up passing several tube socks he had eaten. Tried to board same dog, was told machine for payment was down and they would hold a spot, canceled trip to Cancun when they gave our slot away, have called them 3 days in a row for a simple question and have never talked t... read more

I can’t say enough amazing things about the Watford City Vet Center. Throughout the years I have brought my dogs to their emergency center for care and they have always taken the most amazing care of my dogs, and also treated both me and my husband so great. We are lucky to have them here in Western North Dakota!!

Our dog was sick, and we had to take him in many times. They did every test and tried every medicine they could think of, were very kind, and thourough. Unfortunately after exhausting all efforts he passed away. Once again, they took such good care of him, and us afterwards. We got paw and nose prints. We are very grateful for them helping us with a difficult time.

Made me pay in full to get my pet back. they refused any type of payment plan. told them i could pay a portion in the moment and the rest in 2 days but they wouldn't let me. They made me sign up for a credit card..!? Other then the payments at time of service rule, i recommend them. they helped my baby get back to good health is such a short time!

First visit good second time we where supposed to go in for spay I was told they needed to reschedule so I didn’t show up on the original date got a call that I missed my appointment and had to restart on vaccinations restarted scheduled spay with shots showed up they didn’t have me on their schedule how does a buisness screw up that bad twice in a row
