I was told that part of job was completed but when I had another company come to complete an installation they couldn't because the plumbing work had not been completed. There was also poor communication about cost involved, I was contacted and asked to make a final payment over the phone before the job was finished, I was later told that there was still a debit remaining on the invoice.

I called save on water when my power was cutting out in heavy rain. They organised for a local plumber to come to my house and fix the problem on the same day. They were a life saver when all the local plumbers I called couldn't help me out for weeks!

Thank you Save on Water for fixing my hot water service, I tried calling some local plumbers and no one called me back, then I found Save on Water and they were so helpful and they came out same day, 10/10 for prompt service. Will definitely use them again.
