I was told my Highlander was too dirty to enter and that I would have to scrub the hood of my car with the bug cleaner brush... dried, mild amount of sand. For $18, I will have someone else wash it and not destroy my paint. Strange experience.
I normally use this car wash. Yesterday when I went through The car wash and one of their motors was broken down. It sprayed oil over and over the front of my car, and also now have a huge scratch down the side of my car. Thanks for not telling anyone about broken motor. Talked with manager and he's saying they cannot do anything. I have a brand new 19 Jeep grande Cherokee trail hawk that I keep in perfect condition. The manger said the district manager is suppose to call me but haven't heard anything yet.
RecommendedProps and kudos to DJ! I paid for the 18 dollar wash and after DJ dumped all the trash I asked him....are my tires suppose to have a little more shine? He said I have something I can fix that with. And he took time out of his busy day because it was busy to accommodate me! With a smile! I wanted to tip him! At one time it was a great carwash. They modified the tunnel, I guess to use less water (??), so now cars come out still dripping in soap and full of water spots. I always buy the highest dollar wash in hopes I'll get my money's worth, but unfortunately it's disapppointing. Oh, they also stopped providing drying towels, so now you have to pay extra for that too.
My car is still Dirty and covered in water spots. I even did the pre-treatment and nothing. When I asked a worker he informed me I needed to do the pre-treatment and take my car through the wash again. I informed him I did do the pretreatment.
this place sucks it misses half your car then when I mention it the kid told me to hose it off! I said I'm supposed to hose my car off he said well ya. I have a water hose at home I can hose it off with. I still have s dirty car even the door handles were still dirty
No towels like they used to provide for their customers and pay machine didn't have any either! Thanks for the spots! Great job!
It did a good job removing the ocean salt from my vehicle. The staff was helpful and informative. The vacuum included and carpet floor mats cleaning included were nice extras.
