My experience was absolutely wonderful . the facility could be updated but everyone I talked to was super nice. They made it seem like my satisfaction with the service and talking to me was there number one prioity which is greatly appreciated. They did a great job , my car is cleaned inside in out perfectly. I dont know if it's the new management but this car wash has definitely improved.

Returning two hours after I dropped my truck off for a interior super clean it was safely sitting to the side locked with the keys in the managers pocket.... Unfortunately an expensive $75 phone accessory was stolen... I highly advise not trusting this facility

I just went to this location and the attendant was rude and seemed she was on something this business should do background checks my 2015 Subaru was not that dirty and when I went in I also had to pay upfront before anything was done customer service was crappy and it was only 10 min before she was done my change was stolen out of my car. They need to watch who they hire I'm very disappointed and will never go back

Bobby is the manager and he will tell you, "if you are not satisfied, I will take care of it!!" He is serious when he says this!! I have been going to this car wash since 2003 and Bobby was so personable, I continued to return. Bobby is now manager!! If you are not satisfied with something, tell Bobby, he WILL make sure you are satisfied!!

My husband had gone to this awful awful place, for a simple car wash. The automatic car wash system caused damage to the back wiper of the car, and broke the wiper OFF the car. Yet, the manager, Shaun, claims that Waterworx is Not responsible, for what happened to my husband's car. He then lied about the fact that the "Management" "Above" him, has stipulated that clause, that WaterWorx, is not responsible for any damage. Just to pass the Blame off to some non-existing person. This place is the worst. They caused severe damage to my 2009 vehicle and the wash was terrible. They are poorly managed and will not accept responsibility for their actions.DO NOT USE. Please notice that they are in a prime location yet very few if any cars are there to be washed. It is a reason. Obviously word is getting around. Don't be a victim like me. Go somewhere else.

Took my husband's car to have it detailed...leather cleaned, shampooed, interior cleaned, washed. No buffing or wax was included. I had to pay $85.95 incl. tax ; had to pay it before they did a thing. It was not a good job. It was wiped and Armor-alled all slick and slimy ; the leather was still dirty (car is a 2009 and was well cared for so it's not like they had huge amts of filth to remove.) I am very, very disappointed after paying $24.00 for car wash, vaccuum and armor-all. Interior had streaks, windows had streaks and there was hair, dirt and food still in backseat in plain view after staff work was done. Spoke to manager after I called to complain - his solution was...bring it back today for another wash and interior cleaning, plus an upgrade. We'll see if this one is better than the first!
