I usually wash my own car by hand but I have a Yellow 2005 Lotus Elise and I paid for the hand wash which should be more detailed than automatic wash. They never got the road grime or bugs off my car I had to sit there with my finger nail and remove all the left over dirt/bug/grime off my car in front of them. Horrible, never again I give it a 1 star because zero isn't an option
Spiffy We took our car to Spiffy's to get window tint put on. They took WAY longer than they told us they would and were not very friendly. They also managed to gauge a hole in my door panel with one of their tools--and left the tool in the car (that's how we matched the hole to the tool). They denied it and got extremely rude telling us that if his guy said he didn't do it, then we are lying. NOT recommended at ALL!
