Very happy to have Lachy and Ben come out to get my pool back on track. They made some excellent recommendations that saved me money and worked quickly to make sure everything was done on time. Very happy with the results and the overall experience.
I called around a bunch of places yesterday to try to organise a service and although these guys were fully booked I spoke to Darren who took the time to give me some troubleshooting advice over the phone regarding an issue with the filter. Great customer service.
What a wonderful experience. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful in addressing my pool needs. They have fantastic customer service which makes you feel valued. Will certainly be going back to support this great small business.
Bought a tube of test strips, supposed to be 50 in the tube, actually contained 42, popped back in and ole mate cracks a new tube, counts out 50 and says well there’s 50 in this one and shrugs his shoulders. Only 41 more tests til I get my next lot elsewhere.
WaterWorld Kenmore have been looking after our pool since it was built for the previous owners so we continued using them. Very professional and best of all, they don’t over service like some pool shops do. A breath of fresh air. When we moved too, many of our friends were quick to make sure we were using them too.
