We’ve great experience sending our kid for swim classes at Waterworks. Thanks to Ms.Keleen for being an excellent teacher. We like the management for helping with any queries and accommodating requests.
My 8 year old daughter started swimming lessons here last September and she moved up to level 9 from 6 pretty quickly and she absolutely loves her class with Ms Keleen, she provides feedback after every class and is extremely patient with kids. The only complaint I have is some time the lane can get crowded.

This gym does not do any prorated refund or transfer for prepaid membership
My child's instructor Mr. Austin is excellent. He is very sincere, punctual, friendly, and makes every lesson so much fun and effective. My child learnt so much from Mr. Austin in just a few lessons. It's a 5 star for Mr. Austin. My child looks forward to having the next lesson with him. A big shout out to him! I deducted a star for the Waterworks swim school, only because I sincerely believe they should have a 5 mins gap between 2 consecutive sessions.
