Service is awful. Over priced and don't use then for any pool area designing. They'll show you what it could look like but never pull through with contractors or follow up on anything. Go elsewhere.
Just want to say, great service and staff goes above and beyond. I was looking for a part and I needed to wait for it, but they did more than they should have to keep us up and running for the pool. Just until the part came in. Thanks again, and yes I would give 6 Stars if I could. So look them up if you need that special part for the pool or hot tub.
We went to three other places before contacting Waterworks with our pool issue. They had it fixed and ready to swim in 2 days. Definitely recommend!
Always helpful. Anytime I’ve ever had a problem with my pool water, they’ve known what to do. I used to spend a small fortune opening my pool every year, but now I just go Waterworks and get the big yellow jugs. Super easy.
