They came to look at our pool through our warranty company. They came when we weren’t home, hadn’t said they were coming and didn’t leave any type of paperwork. Once I called back,10 days after the service request, they said they had already been out and there was no problem... they refused to come back. We had to hire a second company to come out a few days later and that company found the damage (over $1000 worth of repairs to our control panel). I would NOT recommend this company, their customer service needs work!
Best pool store in town. Matthew knows his stuff! My pool has never looked better! And he doesn't sell you a bunch of chemicals you don't need, unlike other pool stores in town. Highly recommend!
