We got our new sandfilter installed by Barry and the customer service was impeccable. No problems coming back and explaining the workings of the filter. Recommend Waterworks to anyone, honest reliable good old fashion service. Keep up the good work 👍
I’m officially done with Waterworks and will not be using their services again. They had the audacity to charge me $95 just to tell me how to turn a unit on—after I already paid them over $2,000 for it! Apparently, setting two alarms (9 AM and 4 PM) justifies that charge. Mind you, they had to come back the next day because their work caused leaks, and everything was leaking! I’m all for paying for good service, but this is ridiculous.
