I called Waterworks Plumbing & Rooter for my parents because their water heater went out and they had no hot water. Tia was super nice on the phone and got someone out really fast. The guys that came were friendly and knew what they were doing — they ended up putting in a new tankless water heater and it works amazing. My parents are so happy they can take hot showers again 😂 seriously good people and fair prices. Definitely recommend them if you need a plumber in Rancho.

They saved me over $1,700—need I say more? Waterworks Plumbing & Rooter saved me from a $2,300 upsell from another company and did the same job, start to finish (including drywall repair), for under $600. Honest, fast, and professional. I’ve already hired them twice and won’t call anyone else. If you want fair prices and top-quality work, this is the plumbing company to trust!

Had a water main burst in my driveway and spoke with Tia. The next day, she sent out Victor to assess the damage and gave me a FANTASTIC (emphasis on fantastic) quote to install a new pipe AND also offered to provide maintenance to my water heater. First off Tia is absolutely amazing, explained and helped me stay calm right off the bat. I called panicked because our kitchen sink had a leak and she was able to get a technician out the next morning who was the absolute best! Ceaser walked me through everything and went above and beyond to fix our kitchen! This is the only plumbing company I will use from here on our because of their hard work, great customer service and honest prices.
