Joe from Waterworks was good when we first hired him to fix a bathroom leak, but has now become unreachable after we asked if he could come back to readdress the original leak.
Had a frozen Main pipe, Called Joe from Waterworks. He came as soon as he was available. Steam lined my main pipe. got me up a running. Good honest guy. Would definitely use him again for any heating and plumbing Job. You don't realize how much you depend on water until it's gone. Thanks Waterworks.
I found my hot water tank leaking on a bitterly cold Saturday night. Water was pooled on the floor and I panicked. I called Joe and left a message. He called back within ten minutes and explained the likely cause, easing my serious concerns right away. Even with a packed schedule, he got me scheduled for Monday morning, less than 36 hours later.
