When I first bought a house with a pool, I was unsure how to get things 'right'. The folks at Waterworks, especially Ethan and Michael, have solved every mystery and helped me get the most fun out of the pool, with the least effort or cost. They are always helpful and responsive, and everyone at the store is helpful and knowledgeable. They have earned my full trust and confidence time and time again..

Spent $6000 at Waterworks for hot tub. Bought supplies and had serviced by Waterworks for years. Once out of warranty, wood casing began to fall apart. They sent crew out 6 mos ago, charged $150, did nothing and told me they do not work on casing. The wood casing was part of the original hot tub direct from manufacturer. Made numerous calls to store and to Hot Springs corporate. Sent emails showing damage. Assured them I expected to pay for repairs, but just wanted it fixed or referred to someone who could. Came to them with water to test at beginning of spring. Pool was green from sitting all winter. 2 1/2 months and 300 bucks later, pool is still green and my family cannot swim and cool off. They just keep guessing at what could been done to fix issue. Everytime I return, they give me something different to try and it's always the expensive stuff. Just a money racket.

Bought $4000 spa from them. The outer wooden shell started to fall apart piece by piece. I spoke with them on 6 separate occasions and emailed 4 additional times. They said they would call back to arrange service, and NEVER did. They want to sell products, but customer service is terrible.
