I was referred to Jake and Waterworks via a roofing company that had great reviews. The conversations with Jake started out really well. Jake had planned on coming out to my home and then never showed. I continued to talk to Jake and he kept saying we would get something on the schedule and then just....nothing. I have texted Jake everything he asked me to and then...nothing. Very unprofessional. Waste of time.
They installed gutters four years ago and I haven't had any issues. Great company!
