The male staff that was supposed to guide me on the track did not guide me correctly causing the conveyors to push the car upward and off track making a nasty noise. He tried again and failed again. I yelled "STOP the machine". I told him to get someone who knows what they are doing. He was ruining my brand new car. When his coworkers took over, it went through perfectly. This has NEVER happened before.
