Bro.. this place tries so hard to get you to subscribe. You can’t just swipe your card for a wash. They make you sit there and listen to a subscription pitch before they’ll let you pay. The employee told me they’re recorded and have to read the script or they get in trouble. I honestly feel bad for the worker, It’s clearly not their choice. But it makes me really dislike whoever owns this place, because they know exactly what they’re doing. If you just want a simple wash without a sales pitch, go somewhere else.

Since I've had my membership probably since February this year, 3 times I've showed up & they're closed with no one at the gate giving you a heads up why or for how long. Twice they have been out of clean towels. This past weekend there was a leak & closed for 2 days.
