Struggled with machine. Got out of car and in the process I got dirty. Used to better customer service and more room.

Just got my car washed yesterday, went across the street to Meijer immediately after and noticed horizontal scratches on each side of the roof of my car above the back doors. My car is less than 5 months old. The owner called me back today and told me the scratches were my own doing from running a vacuum hose over my car. One problem: I HAVE NEVER VACUUMED OUT THE INSIDE OF THIS CAR. Nor would I ever run the hose above my car if I had. He tried telling me the scratches couldn’t have been from their machine. Nice car wash , good price however, I just went there and arrived at 5:55pm with me and another car and the closed sign was already out 5 minutes early with only two cars waiting. We were turned down, not very happy.
