The attendants are always very helpful and I always get a nice wash. This is for the Macomb WaterWorks.
Your car wash took my money on 2 different days this week. On Tuesday it was iced up and didn't work today Thursday it sprayed the undercarriage and stopped. There was no attendant either time and when I called no one answered. You can bet I won't be back. What a lousy business.
If you are a person who likes to use the automatic wash during a busy day: DON'T. I paid $5 for the full wash. Went through the automatic wash to get bugs off and to get wax on my car before the next snow. If they have a drier...it didn't work. It also didn't clean my car at all. When I got out of my car I noticed it left a rust colored crap on the hood. I have to use my nail to scratch it off. I tried a washcloth with water to try and get it off which didn't work very well.
