No beep/notification time is running out?? Guess that’s a good way to make people pay for 2 full car wash cycles. Not cool. 😠
Every single time I used the car wash at 2910 South MacArthur. I swipe my card once and it always double charges me. The second charge falls off later. This time it charged me 7.00 two times and it stayed. I received ONE car wash. I keep calling and no one every answers the phone to resolve this issue. I love the quality of car wash but hate being double charged for the services. I advise to only use cash. Otherwise you may get a double charge like me. :(

when I went to use the last minute or so of my cycle with the spot free rinse, thick sudsy soap came out. by the time I got the dial set back to rinse, my time had ran out and my car was covered with soap and I was out of quarters. I had to go somewhere else to rinse my car off. thanks for wasting my time and money tonight
Credit card machine in EVERY bay except for automatic don’t work. And I tried Grand and West Main. So today took lots of quarters and it took all six initial ones waiting for tire cleaner which was apparently empty. With Southards obviously closed for good I guess I’m stuck with Kleins, which is rough on graphics or go back to driveway washing. Haven’t tried monmouth as not sure who owns that one but I guess it’s an option. Sad!

Very disappointed. Brought my boat to the location on Grand Ave and thanks to all the grease on the hoses my boat and myself are now dirtier than when we pulled in. Will never be to either of these locations again!
