We absolutely LOVE this place! We recommend everything. The staff is so friendly, the place is clean, and the water is always warm. We HIGHLY recommend Dtron as a teacher!
I am giving them two stars instead of one because the instructor was great with my 5 year old and I believe their technique for teaching first time swimmers is good. However, we have decided to discontinue with them because there were three errors/cancellations of our first five scheduled classes. We love Waterworks Aquatics! We started our daughter on swim lessons when she was 3 months old and started again at 2 years old. We moved to a different city, tried a close location, and just wasn’t near as happy. Hugo is an awesome instructor. But we have never been unhappy with any of the instructors when we needed to do a makeup class. I love to see the manager so hands on, in the water, instructing his instructors, and talking with parents on their happiness as well.
It's a very nice place for your kids to learn how to swim. My grandson loves it there, and loves the water. He will be swimming in no time.
We had great experience with waterworks aquatics.. my daughter used to go to Sunnyvale facility for last 1.5 years and her instructor was Mr. Leo. He is just amazing. Highly recommended.
RecommendedWe see Leah and Aleks and love them both! My kids are 5 & 7 and were apprehensive about getting in the water. After 3 weeks, they were both swimming the width of the pool and super comfortable in the water. They love it and beg to go everyday. I love the flexibility of setting our own schedules, cancelling lessons when we need to and rescheduling makeups all online at my convenience. Being able to come before and after a lesson to swim with a lifeguard on duty is awesome. Highly recommend!!
We have been at Waterworks for almost 4 years. The past year or so seemed to have been challenging for a variety of reasons. I have been blown away by the incredible turn around since the new General Manager, Andrew Lamphar started! With his leadership abilities, we have had regular, (amazing lessons), he has hired deck guards, hired and trained new swim instructors, and made the overall feel of Waterworks fantastic again! I don’t know what has happened in the last year but things have really gone downhill. There is no consistency on teachers and they are always calling out sick. It is unfortunate but you cant keep changing teachers on kids when they are trying to learn to swim.
