I recently had an excellent experience with Waterworks Pool Co. Their reliability truly stands out; they were quick to respond when I discovered a leak in my pool. The team was proactive in identifying the issue and worked efficiently to resolve it. I was pleasantly surprised by their reasonable pricing, especially considering the high quality of service they provided. I highly recommend Waterworks Pool Co. for anyone needing pool maintenance or repairs.
I’ve tried to call multiple times with no answer, our apartment pool “Villas at the Rim” is always disgusting with dirt and yellow at the bottom of the pool. I see the water work truck outside and it’s early in the morning before it’s even hot so the fact that the pool is being serviced but not actually taken care of because it’s only a commercial not residential it’s super disappointing.
Waterworks Pool Co. has been a pleasure to work with - especially their Service Technician Derek. He has been amazing by repairing my pool equipment & getting the pool from green to clean. I like the fact there is communication, updates & honesty from this team. I will continue to use them & highly recommend that you do too.
Waterworks Pool did an amazing job helping to diagnose some problems with our pool and spa. Francisco was extremely knowledgeable and patient as he assessed and diagnosed issues ranging from structural to electrical and mechanical. Fortunately, everything was found to be physically sound (a great relief), but a range of plumbing (old valve seals, past incorrect installations) and wiring/control upgrades were identified.
