We had our system installed from Waterwise more than 10 years ago. We only had issues twice and both the times the technicians were able to fix the problem in a timely manner. Joseph helped us fix a major leak in the system. He was professional, personable , arrived on time , very informative and fixed our issue just in time. He kept the work area very clean. Also getting the appointment was an easy process and the scheduler was able to accommodate my time constraints well . Overall we are very happy with Waterwise !
I found Waterwise after a Google search for reputable sprinkler repair companies. Their good reviews were accurate — the office rep was friendly and scheduled Technician Joseph for the next day. Joseph was personable, knowledgeable, and addressed my issues efficiently. He also gave excellent tips for system care after the repair. I’ll definitely call them again for any future irrigation needs.

From the moment you call to schedule an appointment with Beth to when the work is performed by Barry, Joseph or David, they are on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Their technician, Joseph, is friendly, fast and efficient. He repaired sprinkler for me and now whole system is back up and running in time for spring.
