Bought our hot tub new from water and wellness in 2023. 5 person, hydropool. Spent 18k on it. End of Covid so im sure like everyone else they raised the prices a bit. Not over all happy with the hydropool hot tub but thats not water amd wellness fault. But wouldn't recommend buying one if you are looking. The sales process was easy. Absolutely love our hot tub. We purchased our hot tub in early 2025 and had it delivered after our place was completed. Stacey and the team were great to deal with and they were willing to work with us on the delivery. We installed it on an elevated deck with some tricky corners and their delivery team executed it perfectly. We had an issue with the heating element about 7 months after we had installed it and Derek was able to come out and diagnose it.
