Great experience purchasing our hot tub from water and wellness. Charlotte was great and has really helped us as we are first time owners. Would definitely recommend them. Looking forward to a quick remedication on one of the panels but we trust Charlotte has everything taken care off.
A big thanks to the entire crew who installed my new liner. The experienced skilled installers uncovered many mistakes that were done on the bummed install I had done 3 years ago (sunset pools Orillia Patrick)… Brendan has been great organizing the entire process and the store staff has been amazing every time I’ve gone into the shop… my pool looks amazing and holding water now. Charlotte helped us create a backyard paradise by getting us just the right spa for our needs and recommended Mavco to complete the infrastructure. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the service.
The actual business and people have been fair to deal with but couldn’t be more disappointed in the Hydropool Product. It’s all well and good when it’s under warranty constantly breaking down and leaking. They won’t replace the lemon they sold me and just keep fixing it. I’m now 6 months out of my 3 year warranty and have had 3 service trips in 6 months. 2 leaks due to cracking and 1 heater element which is conveniently moved inside a manifold to cost more to replace. $14,000 for 3.5 years of hot tub with 7-8 service calls. ... read more
