Constant construction, drilling, renovation in most units almost every week! You get waken up with constructions and constant drilling and hammering!, no visitors parking because the tradies gets all the parking, no ramp for wheelchair, or walker or even when you need a bed from an ambulance. I had to call the ambulance twice and the only way for them to bring the bed is thru the basement. If there is an emergency good luck with that!
Great appartments, close to the beach, River, Shopping and Cavill ave. We have no negativity with the Waterways appartments.
