This company only works with home owners. If you're renting, they won't speak with you. A strange experience after working with several plumbers in the past. About as unhelpful an interaction as I could have dreamt. Edit-reply: I take care of the homes I live in. That's part of what my lease requires if there were a question, and it's not the place of a contractor to decide who gets to call for a job. Poor customer service got the rating it deserved here,
I have been a customer of Waterways for a few years now. They installed a new gas hot water heater for me two years ago and did beautiful work. And then recently when a part malfunctioned on the water heater, they instructed me in how to call the manufacturer, Rheem, and have the parts that were still under warranty sent to me. By doing this part myself it saved time and money that would have been spent with one of their technicians waiting on hold with Rheem. Very fair price, outstanding service. They don't try and sell you on plumbing repairs you don't need. My go-to for all my plumbing issues

Branden was very knowledgeable and professional in his work which included unblocking shower and tub drains in our master bathroom.
